THE MERMAID EXPERIENCE

An exceptional mermaid experience

Enjoy the fun of becoming a Mermaid or Merman with our experienced Cornwall Mermaids UK team. The mermaid experience includes Mono fin hire and hire of our beautiful MermaidsUK tail, and a MermaidsUK makeover. Underwater photos of your experience will be taken. These sessions will take place in a swimming pool with our MermaidsUK Instructors and team.

All participants must be age 6 or above, be able to swim 25m competently and pass our swim test.

2 hour experiences £45:00

Price includes tail hire, mono fin hire, certificate, glitter,headwear and photos.

Extras can be supplied on request. POA

Tailor-made parties

We can provide a unique mermazing experience for all occasions. Birthday parties, hen parties or just an excuse to get together and unleash your inner mermaid!

Basic package includes tail skin and mono fin hire, headwear, glitter, make up and photos.

1:1 MERMAID LESSON

Fun & challenging

Your 1:1 lesson will cover how to put on the tail, how to enter and exit the water, be able to move safely in the water, basic breath holding and some mermaid skills work which will lead to basic routines.

On-land experiences

For those who may not be able to experience mermaiding in the water, we can provide opportunities to meet our mermaids on dryland.

These can be incorporated as part of a party package or a one-off occasion to suit your needs.

MermaidsUK Swim Test

All Cornwall Mermaids UK participants must complete a MermaidsUK swim test at the beginning of the Cornwall Mermaids UK Experience/course.

Minimum age 6 Years old
Swim 25 metres comfortably
Be able to submerge your face fully whilst swimming
Be able to tread water in both shallow and deep water
Be able to lift your knees and turn 360 degrees in both directions
Be able to demonstrate a basic dolphin kick for 5 metres
